چکیده

Different peripheral neuropathies are linked to paraproteinemia. Anti-myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) neuropathy, immunoglobulin or its fragment deposition in the interstitium, light chain amyloidosis (AL amyloidosis) and paraneoplastic mechanisms that cannot be solely attributed deposition, represented by polyneuropathy, organotypic, three main causes of neuropathy correlated with Nerve conduction metrics slow down patients POEMS syndrome anti-MAG neuropathy. An approximately (3.2%) people over age 45-50 have paraproteins their bodies. Plasma cell diseases can thought as a continuum illnesses ranging from asymptomatic myeloma symptomatic monoclonal gammopathy unknown significance (MGUS). A low amount paraprotein (30 g/L), percentage plasma cells bone marrow, absence organ tissue damage characteristics MGUS (predominantly renal, skeletal marrow impairment.) No treatment is necessary for MGUS, there 1% annual risk.

Necrobiotic xanthogranuloma with paraproteinemia without periorbital involvement—a case report

Necrobiotic xanthogranuloma is an uncommon granulomatous disease involving the skin and extracutaneous tissues. It is characterized by indurated, yellow-red plaques and nodules, involving primarily the face and less frequently the trunk and extremities. The disease has a strong association with paraproteinemia and other hematologic or lymphoproliferative disorders. Histologically, the dermal pa...

Case report Spurious hypophosphatemia associated with monoclonal paraproteinemia

Hypophosphatemia is a relatively uncommon finding in clinical practice, with a prevalence of 1–5% in all hospitalized patients. However, it is an adverse prognostic marker for mortality and morbidity. Although the correlation between serum phosphate levels and symptoms is not linear, severe hypophosphatemia is important to recognize and treat since it can lead to rhabdomyolysis, haemolysis, res...

Hypophosphatemia associated with paraproteinemia: a case report and review of the literature.

The differential diagnosis for hypophosphatemia is long, and involves complex, overlapping physiological systems. Practitioners are often guilty, however, of simply supplementing phosphate without fully investigating the etiology of the problem. The purpose of this case presentation is to illustrate a case of spurious hypophosphatemia that initially led to unnecessary phosphate replacement in a...

Skeletal angiomatosis in association with gastro-intestinal angiodysplasia and paraproteinemia: a case report.

Skeletal-extraskeletal angiomatosis is defined as a benign vascular proliferation involving the medullary cavity of bone and at least one other type of tissue. It has also been known as cystic angiomatosis in which multiple cystic lesions are scattered diffusely throughout the skeleton often with similar angiomatous changes in other tissues, usually the spleen. A case of skeletal angiomatosis i...

Polyneuropathy Associated with IgA Paraproteinemia and Amyloidosis: A Case Report and Literature Review

Paraproteinemia potentially causes peripheral neuropathy via an unknown underlying pathogenetic mechanism. We report a case of pathologically proven amyloid neuropathy with AL amyloidosis with an IgA kappa light chain, which was initially diagnosed as neuropathy associated with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance. This case indicates that in cases of neuropathy with paraproteinem...
